Photo Directory Participant Agreement

Thank you for participating in your church’s photo directory. By scheduling a photography appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Photography

I authorize Brian Harrell Photo Video to photograph me and the members of my household who participate in the scheduled photography session for the purpose of creating my church’s photo directory.

I understand that photography will take place at the church or at another location designated for the church directory.

2. Use of Portraits

I understand that my portrait and the portraits of participating members of my household may be included in the church’s photo directory and distributed to members of the participating church according to the church’s directory distribution practices.

I also understand that edited digital portraits will be provided to me for my personal use.

3. Personal Use of Digital Images

The edited digital portraits provided to me are intended for my personal, non-commercial use. I may print, share, and use these images for personal purposes.

I understand that Brian Harrell Photo Video retains the copyright to the photographs and that this agreement does not transfer copyright ownership to me.

4. Directory Information

I understand that information submitted for the church directory, such as names and household information, may be included in the directory as part of the church’s directory project.

I am responsible for providing accurate information when scheduling or completing directory information.

5. Participation of Minors

If I schedule or provide consent on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or that I have the authority to provide consent on the minor’s behalf.

6. Marketing and Promotional Use

Participation in the church directory does not by itself give Brian Harrell Photo Video permission to use my portrait for advertising, portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional purposes.

Any permission for such use will be requested separately through the photography appointment process.

7. Agreement

By checking the acknowledgment box during scheduling, I confirm that I have had the opportunity to review this Photo Directory Participant Agreement and that I agree to its terms for myself and, where applicable, the members of my household participating in the photography session.
